Cidron Liberty System (Nordic Capital Fund VII) has granted call options to Handicare´s President and CEO
Handicare Group AB (publ) (“Handicare”) has today been informed by its largest shareholder Cidron Liberty System SARL (“Cidron”) that Cidron has granted 583,657 call options that entitles to purchase 583,657 Handicare shares, to Handicare´s President and CEO Staffan Ternström in order to further align his interest with the shareholders.
The call options have been purchased on market terms, for a total consideration of SEK 1.5 million. The value of the call options has been calculated by an independent valuation institute using a standard valuation model (Black-Scholes). Each option entitles to the purchase of one Handicare share during a short period after the publication of Handicare´s Interim report for the second quarter 2020.
