President and CEO Asbjørn Eskild to leave Handicare Group
President and CEO of Handicare Group, Asbjørn Eskild, has informed the Board of Directors that he wishes to resign from Handicare due to personal reasons. The date on which Asbjørn will resign from his position is yet to be decided, Asbjørn has a notice period of six months. The search for a successor will be initiated.
“On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to thank Asbjørn for his great contribution to Handicare through the years, not the least during the intense period prior to the listing on Nasdaq Stockholm in October 2017. The Q2 results will be presented on August 14 as previously communicated. Today´s communication is only related to Asbjørn Eskild´s decision to leave Handicare. We remain committed to the current business plan and our financial targets,” says Lars Marcher, Chairman of the Board.
